These Terms govern use of DSG ONE and DSG Spacetime. They preserve the same separation of proposal, authority, execution, and evidence that the product enforces technically.
DSG ONE is a founder-led software service operated by Thanawat Suparongsuwan. By accessing or using DSG ONE or DSG Spacetime, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
You may use the service for lawful development, verification, automation, and governed execution. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to access target systems, accounts, data, APIs, browsers, repositories, and infrastructure.
You may not use DSG ONE to bypass access controls, conduct unlawful intrusion, distribute malware, misuse credentials, violate third-party rights, or intentionally evade governance controls. Attempts to defeat plan, entitlement, approval, or evidence boundaries may be blocked.
DSG Spacetime evaluates work against available plan, route, entitlement, approval, capability, and evidence state. An ALLOW decision applies only to the bounded action evaluated at that time. BLOCK or WAITING_PERMISSION may occur when authority, capability, proof, or configuration is missing. Agent-generated repair candidates, including repair.synthesize output, are proposals only and do not grant mutation authority.
You remain responsible for your instructions, approvals, target systems, and business outcomes. Use appropriate human review for production deployment, deletion, financial actions, customer-visible changes, regulated data, or other high-impact operations.
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and authorization grants. Do not intentionally place passwords, private keys, MFA codes, or unrestricted API keys in prompts, evidence, or support messages when an approved secret-reference mechanism is available.
DSG ONE may connect to external MCP servers, APIs, identity providers, cloud platforms, browsers, repositories, or other services at your direction. Their availability, data handling, pricing, and terms are controlled by those providers.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or response-time SLA. We may change, suspend, or limit features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or product evolution.
DSG ONE may produce technical evidence, deterministic verification, hashes, replay records, or proof receipts for bounded workflows. These do not by themselves constitute legal advice, regulatory approval, SOC 2 or ISO certification, independent audit, or a guarantee of every real-world outcome.
DSG ONE software, branding, and service materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the limited rights needed for us and our service providers to process it to provide the service.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, abuse, legal requirements, material violation of these Terms, or threats to other users or systems.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every model output, provider response, verification result, or external action will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, DSG ONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current public version. If a separate written customer agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the covered service.
